Karicare for your baby
In New Zealand, breast milk substitute formulas are called Infant or Starter Formulas and Follow-On Formulas.
When breastfeeding is not an option, Karicare Starter Formulas offer a nutritionally complete alternative to meet the dietary needs of bottle-fed babies from birth to six months and over. Follow-On Formulas can be used from six to 12 months and over.
Formulas for healthy babies are usually based on cows' milk. Cows' milk-based formulas suit most babies, but some babies have special feeding needs - for example those with reflux or allergies. The Karicare range includes specialty formulas for these different needs:

babies with regurgitation or gastro-oesophageal reflux.
